I became a summer intern at my church from June 4th to August ___. It has been a wonderful experience. Especially going into the workforce for the first time and getting paid. It has changed me. I know how to act more professional and utilize my skills.

I was an Art Teacher Aide for kids 1st grade and younger at Redland's Vacation Bible School (VBS) and really it has been a pleasure working with these wonderful, creative minds. This went on for one week every summer!
PreTeam Instructor. Norbeck Hills Pool

I taught children in kindergarten or under the swimming basics and real skills they can use for joining the Swim Team or real life.
Dog Handler. K9 Lifesavers
2017 - present
K9 Lifesavers holds adoption events where they need dog handlers who can exhibit canines who are eligible for adoption. They allow children as old as 16 to volunteer, which is rare. So far I have fallen in love with all of the dogs I presented.
Small Mammal Interpreter. National Smithsonian Zoo
2019 - present
I help translate information to non-native English speakers as well as go more into depth about the Zoo's conservation efforts to the public. I also accommodate the disabled by bringing some items which supplement with the information provided.

I graduated on June 1st, 2018. Throughout my high school years, I managed to do 5 APs, participated in Cross Country, Indoor Track, Outdoor Track, Swimming, and Cheerleading. I started an Esquina Universitaria (University Corner) that provides scholarly information and scholarship opportunities for Hispanic/ESOL teens.

I am a student majoring in Animal Science. I am planning to graduate in four years. My graduate school dream at Virginia-Maryland Vet School. I am pursuing a career in Veterinarian Medicine, I am still deciding on my specialty though.
