Well I love lemonade on a hot day and my favorite fruit is a mango so I am super hyped to know I can combine the two!!

Instructions:

- 1 3/4 cups of white sugar (you can substitute half the sugar for honey)

- 8 cups of water

- 1 1/2 cups of lemon juice

- 3 mangoes, peeled and pitted

Makes 4 servings

What to Do:

1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar and 1 cup of water

2. Bring to boil and stir to dissolve sugar

3. Allow to cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate until chilled.

4. Puree the mangoes using a blender or handheld blender adn strain through seive to remove any fibers. Set aside.

5. Remove seeds from lemon juice, but leave pulp.

6. In a pitcher, stir together chilled syrup, lemon juice, mango puree and remaining 7 cups of water.

7. Serve immediately chilled or on ice

(You can also freeze them in ice cube trays and make a mango lemonade slushie)
