Brighten up your fall with these yummy smoothies!

Drinking these smoothies would surely put a smile on your face and help you face the changing, colder seasons.
Three Smoothies
All these smoothie's main ingredient is seasonal!!
Pumpkin Pie Smoothies
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup pureed pumpkin (from a can is fine)
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut, hemp, almond, or rice milk
- A few drops of stevia (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seed or chia seeds
- 1/4 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
Blend all ingredients until smooth; add ice if desired.
Orange Julius's Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3 ounces of frozen orange juice cocentrate
- 1/4 cup of whole milk
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1/8 cup of sugar
- 1/8 cup of teaspoon vanilla
- 2 - 3 ice cubes
Blend all the ingredients until smooth and frothy.
Starbucks' Strawberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 6-8 Strawberries (washed with greens REMOVED)
- 1 kiwi, ripe with skin removed
- 6 oz Lowfat Strawberry Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp Agave
- 1 1/2 crushed ice
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
