These great substitues will have you feeling healthy in no time!

You want to start eating healthy this is a perfect way to start! I know that those chips ca make you feel guilty especially when you notice how oily is was.
Great to do with friends (especially if you dragged them into the diet you were starting)
Ingredients
- 1 Large bunch of Tuscan Kale (10 - 12 leaves)
- 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
- Sea Salt (to taste)
- Fresh Ground Pepper (to taste)
What To Do:
Realllllly simple recipe
1. Preheat the oven to 275 degrees
2. Remove stalks ad ribs from the kale.
3. Toss leaves in a large bowl with olive oil.
4. Sprinkle leaves with sea salt and ground pepper.
5. Arrange leaves in a single layer onto a baking sheet
6. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until crisp.
7. Transfer and let it cool onto a wire rack or paper towl.
